We’re excited to now offer courtesy insurance benefit checks and billing services.
Even if your chosen provider isn't in-network, we can handle the billing using your out-of-network benefits. This way, you receive reimbursement directly from your insurance for session fees. Each insurance plan varies in terms of reimbursements and deductibles, so we will begin by verifying your specific plan details.
Accepting insurance requires us to give you a mental disorder diagnosis and stays on your permanent health record. I would recommend that you periodically contact your insurance company to review your out of network benefits with them.
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment at the time of your session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If you no-show to an appointment (no call or email notification) you will be charged your full session rate.
