Therapy for Individuals and Couples Navigating Relationship Patterns, Self-Esteem, and Healthy Boundaries

Even when life feels “fine,” relationships and self-confidence can leave you feeling unsure, unheard, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating. You may find yourself wondering why you attract certain partners, why old habits keep showing up in your relationships, or why asserting your needs feels uncomfortable or even scary.

Many of my clients are adults and couples looking to understand what’s healthy in relationships, how patterns from the past influence present dynamics, and how to build stronger self-esteem and personal boundaries. They want to feel confident expressing themselves, navigate conflict without fear, and create deeper connection with themselves and others.

How I Help

In our work together, we focus on identifying and understanding relational patterns both within yourself and in your relationships and developing practical strategies to create healthier dynamics.

You’ll learn to recognize automatic responses, communicate your needs more effectively, and establish boundaries that feel safe and sustainable. Therapy with me often includes:

  • Clarifying what is healthy and unhealthy in relationships

  • Strengthening self-esteem and self-worth

  • Building confidence in expressing needs and asserting boundaries

  • Improving communication skills in couples and individual contexts

  • Breaking repetitive patterns that lead to frustration or disconnection

This work is about empowering you and your partner to create relationships and a relationship with yourself that feels secure, balanced, and fulfilling.

Therapeutic Approaches

My work integrates evidence-based approaches for individuals and couples, including:

  • Attachment-Informed Therapy – exploring how early relational experiences shape current dynamics

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Approaches – identifying patterns, restructuring thoughts, and building actionable skills

  • Gottman Method for Couples – strategies for improving communication, conflict management, and intimacy

These approaches allow clients to understand both emotional and practical aspects of relationships, while developing tools that support growth outside of therapy.

Strengthening Your Relationship with Yourself and Others

A central focus of my work is helping clients build strong foundations both internally and relationally.

This often looks like learning to notice your patterns, respond rather than react, and create healthy boundaries that preserve both connection and personal wellbeing. Over time, clients begin to experience more confidence, clarity, and satisfaction in how they relate to others and themselves.
