We purposely are not in network with any insurance company, so we do not directly bill insurance.
We are an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with any insurance company in-network. You may be eligible for partial reimbursement depending on your plan. For your convenience, We will provide you with a monthly statement (superbill) to submit for reimbursement. Out-of-network benefits typically reimburse up to 80% of the therapy fee.
Accepting insurance requires us to give you a mental disorder diagnosis and stays on your permanent health record. I would recommend that you periodically contact your insurance company to review your out of network benefits with them.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If you no-show to an appointment (no call or email notification) you will be charged your full session rate.
