Do you feel like past experiences hold you back, leaving you in a cycle of overthinking and emotional overwhelm?

Maybe anxiety keeps you on edge, or trauma brings up constant reminders that make it difficult to feel at ease in daily life. I’m here to help you take charge of these feelings, process and understand your experiences, and start to feel like yourself again. My goal is to walk alongside you as you become the hero of your own story.

Who I Help

I work with adults facing challenges with trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional struggles. If you’re looking to make meaningful change, I can help you identify your triggers, develop coping skills, and set healthy boundaries, so you feel more in control and at peace.

How I Help

Through tailored, evidence-based approaches, we’ll address what’s holding you back:

  • Person-Centered Therapy-You’re the expert on your own life. In our sessions, I provide a validating, supportive space where your unique experiences and feelings are heard and respected.

Credentials and Experience

I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and an Advanced Certificate in Interdisciplinary Trauma Studies from SUNY Oswego, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh, I bring a solid foundation in both trauma-focused and anxiety treatments.

I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including individuals from varied cultural backgrounds and experiences, helping each find the tools for healing that feel authentic and effective.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to talk about how we can work together to create positive change.
