 Mental Health Counselor- Graduate Intern
My goal is to help clients live their most optimal way and thrive, not just get by. I hope to aid people in finding balance between the roles they have, navigate stressful situations, improve communication and social skills within relationships, and be more confident in various areas of their life.

  • Do you feel overwhelmed by all the responsibilities you have to juggle in life?
  • Are you constantly thinking about the many decisions you have to make?
  • Have you recently made a life transition that you’re finding hard to fully adjust to?
  • Are you having difficulty in your relationships either personally or professionally?
  • Do you want to feel sure of yourself and improve self-esteem?
I Help With

I work with individuals who are having difficulty transitioning into new settings such as with school or in the workplace, balancing responsibilities, relationship and social concerns, and self-esteem issues.

How I Help
  • Person-Centered Therapy- You are the expert on your own life and I want to learn about your unique experiences and feelings to be able to help foster your growth and self-discovery.
  • Interpersonal Therapy- The relationships and interactions you have in your day to day life can greatly impact your mental health. With this approach you can approve communication, conflict resolution, and unpack the effects certain relationships have on you.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- This approach can help individuals identify and change unhelpful ways of thinking to replace negative thoughts with more balanced ones. Through this method I can help you take overwhelming problems and break them down into smaller more manageable parts so you’re able to think through situations and apply coping strategies to them.

I am a graduate clinical intern in the mental health counseling field. I received my bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Counseling at New York University (NYU).

I’m committed to helping individuals move through their day-to-day activities in the most optimal way whether that means getting to a more stable, balanced baseline or identifying and achieving a more ideal way of living. I believe this process should be collaborative taking into consideration clients unique experiences, cultural background, and various aspects of their identity that they find important to the therapeutic work. If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to be a part of your journey in change and towards thriving.
